1. About these terms
These terms apply to every valuation we carry out. Please read them before you order or instruct us.
2. Our services
We carry out desktop valuations across the UK. We carry out inspection valuations across Greater London and Essex. A valuation is not a building survey.
3. Desktop valuations
A desktop valuation costs £199 + VAT, paid online. It is for suitable homes. We email the signed report within 24 hours of getting everything we need.
4. Inspection valuations
Inspection valuations are quoted individually. We confirm the fee, the scope and the inspection date in writing before we start.
5. Payment
Desktop valuations are paid online by card through Stripe when you order. Inspection fees are paid as set out in your quote.
6. If a property isn’t suitable
If a desktop valuation does not suit your home, we will explain the next step before we go further.
7. Cancellations and refunds
You can cancel before we start work on your valuation. How and when refunds apply is set out when you order.
8. Our liability
Our report is for the person and purpose named in it. We are regulated by RICS and hold professional indemnity insurance.
9. Complaints
If you are unhappy with our service, email us. We will follow our complaints procedure.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
